Manoj K. Jayan


Manoj Kadampoothramadam Jayan is an Indian actor popularly knows as Manoj K Jayan who predominantly acts in Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu films. Manoj has won three Kerala State Film Award for Second Best Actor, respectively for his portrayals of Hariharans Kuttan Thampuran in Sargam , Thalakkal Chandu in Pazhassi Raja and Kunjiraman in Farook Abdul Rahimans Kaliyachan. His most critically acclaimed characters are Kuttan Thampuran , Digambaran , Thalakkal Chandu .

He is born to K.G. Jayan and V.K. Sarojini at Kottayam in 1966. He has a brother Biju. He had his primary education from St. Joseph Convent UPS Kottayam and Sacred Heart Mount High School and preuniversity degree from Government college, Nattakam . Then he joined at Southern Film Institute, Trivandrum to learn acting but discontinued later.
